Our Professional Service Fee covers our expertise, care and attention and necessary overhead costs which includes the following:

•  Unlimited consultation with the family
•  Use of hearse or relevant transfer vehicle on day of funeral (local area within 50km radius)
•  Administrative services including:
  •   Registration of the death and organisation of the registered death certificate
  •   Booking of place of burial or crematorium (including necesssary paperwork)
  •   Organising of additional services on the client’s behalf such as flowers, funeral notices, celebrant and third-party venues
• Ongoing professional development and training of staff to maintain compliance with the current government requirements
• Proportionate cost sharing of the following:
  •   Maintenance and upkeep of specialty vehicles e.g. hearse and refrigerated mortuary transfer vehicles
  •   Maintenance and upkeep of premises and equipment
  •   Upgrades to equipment necessary to maintain a high professional standard of service
  •   Electricity, rates, insurances, wages, compulsory superannuation and workers compensation etc

Funeral Packages
LEAST EXPENSIVE PACKAGE 1. Cremation – no funeral service – no attendance This package includes the use of a cremation capsule and does not include a funeral service. Package covers transport from the location of death (within 50km from Carnarvon Funeral Services) and care and holding of the body prior to cremation. Transfer to Toowoomba Garden of Remembrance Crematorium.	From $4,150

Disclosures
Our mortuary is located at 31 Wolfram Street, Stanthorpe.
Our cremations take place at Toowoomba Garden of Remembrance which is located at 1001 Ruthven Street, Toowoomba. This facility is a member of InvoCare Australia Pty Limited.

Transportation of the body prior to burial or cremation will be in a suitably equipped/refrigerated vehicle owned by our company. The body will be kept in our mortuary refrigerated room and will only be transported for the purposes of the funeral service as per the final agreement.
