This is my is heart breaking news. My sincerest condolences and prayers to the entire family as you celebrate and farewell Mally.
Mally was an inspiring and amazing women. Her passion, intellect, courage, dedication, determination, commitment and compassion were profound. Mally stood up for what and who she believed in and had a never say never attitude. I admired how she couldn’t, wouldn’t, actually didn’t take no for an answer.
Mally offered me support during my breast cancer journey but never sympathy, always empathy and encouragement which inspired my will to fight.
Another amazing bonus was getting to meet Jules and her son and being able to do some really great things together in communities.
It was so obvious that Mally’s family were the light of her life. When Mally spoke about family I loved the way her face lit up with a loving smile and her eyes reflected her love and pride.
Rest in peace Mally, you may be lost to this world but heaven just gained a remarkable guardian angel.
‘When angels visit us, we do not hear the rustle of wings, nor feel the feathery touch of the breast of a dove; but we know their presence by the love they created in our hearts.’ ♥️

You were always a valued and knowledgeable contributor to the Stanthorpe Art Gallery Society General Management Committee meetings. You represented the Council, but always played a far wider role than required.
Looked at your name on the Life Member board at the gallery today and it raised many lovely memories.
Great lady Mally.

Mally was a truly remarkable person who always brought a smile when even thinking of her
We met through local government of course and spent time together at ALGWA ( women’s conferences! You realise what goes on at conferences stays at conference
We may – or nay nit have been rowdy at times
Even on the bar dancing was said to have taken place
Mally was such an honest woman of substance who had a natural ability to put matters into context
She adored her girls and her family and we all felt we knew you all
I pray that in time your happy, loving memories of the wonderful times replaces the loss you feel now
I’m so sorry I can’t be with you at her memorial. I will be thinking of you
Lots of love
Carol Taylor

To David and family, sincere condolences. Mally will be very much missed.
Mally was an inspiration to her community. She was one of the finest people that I worked with when she was a Councillor on the Stanthorpe Shire Council, and when I was working for Council.
When working on projects, Mally brough a whole-of-community approach along with a women’s perspective and business acumen plus her knowledge of local government to these new initiative projects. Her professional approach was most appreciated by those she worked with and those she had dealings with outside council. She added that extra dimension that was required when bringing together a project. A great and inspirational person to work with.
Mally will be fondly remembered for her dedication to family and community, as well as her tireless work on community and council activities.
Thank you for your professional support as a colleague and friend.
